Bcozar Places Well In riinoula AAU Track Heet Lloyd Boozer, son of Mr, and Mr. Harry Booxer, took first place In the pole vault and scored third places In the broad Jump and the hop, step, and jump at the AAU track meet In Missoula last week end. Boozer took the vault title at 12 feet, he broad jumped 20 feet 6 Inches, and In the seldom-scheduled hop, step, and jump event, he went 40 feet 11 Inches. NOTICES Present Students In Piano Decitals Victor Mrs. Hugh Garner presented her piano students In a recital in the Victor Federated Church May 16. Solos and duets were played by Eric and Marjorle Gould, Melvon Ankeny, Perilee Daniels, Vernon Garner, Joann White, Chester Garner, Elizabeth Chaney, Carol and Diane Cote, Linda Langton, Judy and Donna Terry, Glenda Anderson, Betsy Wlnshlp and David Garner, closing with a duet by David and Mrs.

Garner, composed of folk songs from different countries. Mrs. Garner's piano students In Florence gave their recital In the school gym. The solos and duets were presented by Roseann Marshall, Arlene Person, Barbara Vlck, Margaret and James Marsh, Virginia Mays, Mary and Margaret Gebhart, Stephanie Hoblltt, Jerry Lou Hendrlckson, Glee Ross, Patricia Pickens and Sharon Lunce-ford. The closing number was a stunt played by four fourth graders on one piano.

Statuettes Awarded To Tocher, VThito Victor Scholarships, certificates and awards were presented to members of the senior graduating class Including bronze statuettes from the Victor school board of trustees to the valedictorian and salutatorlan, the first of a custom they plan to continue. Bruce White and Clyde Tucker were the White also received a scholarship to Montana State University and the Readers Digest certificate of merit and National merit scholarship. Tucker and Donna Jean Babbitt were given the Danforth foundation awards for all-around achievement' and contribution to the school. Tucker was given recognition of the Elks Lodge scholarship previously awarded him. Janice Kerr accepted a plaque awarded to the senior class for the produclton of the school annual.

She also received a certificate and medal as its editor, which was won at the Interscholastlc Journalism contest In Missoula. Dean Williamson received an honor scholarship from Rocky Mountain College.
